A calling that began long before the business.
From an early age, I had a deep desire to teach, encourage, and help others become better versions of themselves.
I initially dreamed of becoming an educator, but financial challenges made that journey difficult. Life took me through different jobs and experiences, yet I often felt that something was missing. I knew there was more to my life, even when I couldn't fully explain what that meant.
At 17, after hearing a close cousin share about discovering her calling, I had a heartfelt conversation with God that marked the beginning of my own journey toward understanding purpose.
Along the way, God used different people and experiences to help me recognize what He had already placed within me. My father recognized my natural ability to coach and encourage others, while my pastor's wife spoke into what she believed God was preparing me to become.
I eventually pursued a bachelor's degree in School Counseling, where my natural abilities to guide, motivate, teach, and empower others found meaningful expression.
Over the years, that passion has taken different forms, including motivational speaking, career coaching, personal development workshops, ministry, and entrepreneurship.
What began as a desire to teach eventually developed into a deeper calling to help individuals understand God, discover who they are, recognize what He has placed within them, and prepare to walk in their God-given purpose.
And as my journey continued, I began to recognize that this calling extended beyond personal development into the world of business and creative innovation.
